WHO SCREAMS FOR ICE CREAM?
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 6th, and join the Arcadia Neighborhood Association for our annual Ice Cream Social—now featuring hot dogs too! We’ll be on the south lawn of Arcadia Elementary from 4 PM to 9 PM for a delightful evening.
Enjoy a bounce house, explore fire trucks, groove to some music, savor hot dogs, and indulge in ICE CREAM!!
As always, we’ll have our trusty pickle jar out to collect donations to help cover event costs. This year’s event is bigger and better than ever, so please bring a few bucks to drop in the jar. If you’re like many of us and don’t carry cash these days, consider raiding the kids’ piggy banks—it’s only fair they contribute to their own ice cream!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We’re looking for volunteers to scoop ice cream. If you can spare an hour, your help would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know in the comments if you can assist.
IN CASE OF RAIN
The forecast looks promising, but if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ice cream serving to the overhang off the school parking lot.
